We’re not just talking about a few basic courses, either.  The vast number and variety of university courses online is nothing less than astonishing.  No matter what your area of interest, if you can name it, you can probably study it online.  In fact, you’ll probably be able to get a far better education in any subject over the internet today than you could have at most colleges just thirty years ago.  And with the advances in technology and pedagogy that are being made every year, this trend will only continue.
